We are looking for a dynamic person to join our in-house team as a Clinical Trial Assistant II on a permanent basis, to work from our office in Horsham, PA or in a hybrid model with 2 days in the office per week.As CTA II, you will be responsible for assisting the project team in conducting all the operational activities related to a specific project.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist the project team with accurately updating and maintaining clinical tracking systems.
- Is responsible for the preparation, handing, distribution, collection, filing and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and the SOP’s.
- Keep abreast of all regulatory and operative aspects relevant to the clinical projects assigned.
- May act as Feasibility Associate after appropriate and documented training.
- Knowledgeable in the application process for clinical studies, in force in the United States. Provide updates on the applicable regulation for the application process.
- Prepare and request the necessary local authority approvals
- Oversee and manage the agreements with hospitals and investigational centers
- Collaborate with the project team on the preparation, handling and distribution of clinical trial supplies and maintenance of tracking information (logistics of the project)
- Assist with the tracking and management of Case Report Forms, queries and clinical flows
- Collaborate with the project team in organizing Investigator’s and Monitor’s Meetings
- May support the project team in managing the follow-ups of the monitor’s activities
- May manage the telephone monitoring of projects
- Oversee and manage the payment of sites
- Act as a tutor for the Clinical Trial Administrator I’s
- Cooperate as speaker in seminars, if required
- Collaborate in complying and enforcing Company procedures
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Three (3) years (at least) of Clinical Research experience in the CRO/Pharmaceutical industry
Specific Role Requirements and Skills:
- Good knowledge of clinical trial operations, GCP-ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
