- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to healthcare staff, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers, handling inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and organize patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
