Accounts Payable Specialist

We are currently in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist with 3-Way Matching experience to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing daily transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, payments, and maintain the financial records accurately.
• Validate invoices against purchase orders through the 3-way matching process to avoid discrepancies.
• Regularly update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Address any discrepancies in the invoice, purchase order, or delivery receipt.
• Liaise with vendors or internal departments in a professional manner to resolve invoice or payment issues.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and regulations.
• Assist with month-end closing and other administrative tasks as needed.
• 3+ years of proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of a relevant accounting software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Great communication and problem-solving skill set.
