Responsibilities:
Reporting to the IT ERP Manager, this IT Application Analyst position partners with Benefits leadership and their customers to analyze work process designs, flows, and improvements to leverage the return on technological capabilities. It requires knowledge of Lawson's Benefits module with the primary focus being active use of the system, Implementations as well as support and maintenance.The incumbent will serve as technical point-of-contact for an assigned functional area as well as assist subject matter experts by ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
The Analyst also supports Benefits upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
- Three (3) plus years of hands-on IT systems/Technology experience.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Benefits processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Strong knowledge of Lawson modules including but not limited to Benefits, ESS, MS and Add-ins required.
- Proven experience on Benefits, Open enrollment and New Hire enrollment processing.
- Experience with Lawson BN system full cycle implementation a plus, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of Benefit plans, plan design etc. is needed.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Intellias integration will be a plus.
- Knowledge of developing interfaces with third party vendors is a plus.
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment with many growth opportunities offered through diverse projects.
- Ability to work with end-users and trouble shoot issues is required.
- Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in integrating Lawson Benefits modules with other Lawson modules like Payroll and HR is required.
- Must have experience in data conversion techniques and methodologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- At least Three (3) years of job related experience in a healthcare environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience in related field.
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $32.40 to $67.20. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
