Talent Booking Strategy Experiences Manager

This role will be a key leader in presenting a strategic plan for securing contextually relevant talent (celebrity, influencer, entrepreneurs, etc.)for , and experiential opportunities, including but not limited to .
You'll be responsible for ideating and executing strategic talent opportunities while collaborating with everyone involved in the consumer experience, including: experiential, agency, creative, social, growth and PR teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong relationship and interpersonal skills to maintain and expand upon the existing talent database and relationships with talent reps and managers
- Lead 360-degree talent process internally and externally, inclusive of talent/team recommendations, negotiations, managing contracts, booking necessary travel, managing vendor forms, and invoicing/payment process
- Develop and support strategic talent recommendations for ar brand partnerships, Shine Away, and other experiential opportunities
- Support the building and execution of our talent strategy to deliver authentic engagement, awareness, and deliver on campaign KPIs
- Partner closely with other g., Sol.ar, Social & Editorial, TV/Film) to build talent recommendations and create opportunities to integrate talent into a broader consumer experience
- Develop custom creative & marketing ideas in relation to talent
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure all talent ideas and opportunities are representative of the innovative and premium position )
- The ideal candidate has experience in talent management, influencer marketing and social content strategy/development with 3-5 years in a talent strategy and/or booking role with a proven track record of at least 2 years directly leading strategic recommendations and managing talent/industry relationships
- Ability to independently and effectively negotiate contracts with collaborative support from legal/business affairs to clearly communicate opportunities and needs to talent/talent management
- Proactive-mindset to make forward progress on key initiatives
- Relationship-oriented with an interest and passion for fostering partnerships and developing creative ideas and recommendations
- Highly collaborative and strategic, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and work under pressure
- Ability to effectively synthesize complex information into actionable conclusions
- Comfortable using various tools for tracking and program management while managing multiple projects at one time
- Strong judgment and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively manage upwards with multiple senior stakeholders
- Both highly creative and analytical to review data and ongoing metrics
- Must be a self-starter and a strong problem solver
- Ability to work well with different personalities and within a team setting
Benefits
This position has an estimated base salary range between $115,000 - $120,000
