Management Resources is seeking a Coupa Administrator for a 4 month project, located in downtown Dallas. As a Coupa Administrator, you will be playing a pivotal role in the implementation of the Coupa platform, executing operational procedures, and acting as the primary point of contact for any queries regarding the platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration and deployment of the Coupa platform in a systematic and efficient manner.
  • Execute operational procedures and transactions within the tool, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for any queries or challenges regarding the Coupa platform, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Identify steps in the scope of change management and effectively communicate these steps to the relevant parties.
  • Act as a liaison between non-technical managers and technical teams, facilitating clear and efficient communication.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of procurement processes and best practices to ensure the effective operation of the Coupa platform.
  • Utilize Coupa, System Implementation, Software Configuration, Procurement Processes, Best Practices, Analyze Business Requirements, Detailed Business Requirements, Business Process Improvement, and Microsoft Excel skills to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.

Proven experience as a Coupa consultant or similar role

Demonstrated knowledge of procurement processes and best practices

Strong understanding of business process automation and improvement

Excellent communication and team working skills

Capable of creating clear reports for management
