About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our team in all HR-related functions. This role involves contractor onboarding, compliance, performance tracking, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in remote team management and knowledge of international contractor agreements (especially through Deel).

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

βœ… Onboarding & Compliance:

  • Manage contractor onboarding (contracts, NDAs, privacy policies).
  • Ensure compliance with independent contractor agreements (global).
  • Maintain contractor records and documentation.

βœ… Performance & Development:

  • Develop performance tracking processes using Monday.com.
  • Implement a reporting system for key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in developing incentive structures for contractors.

βœ… HR Operations & Policies:

  • Assist in defining and updating HR policies tailored for independent contractors.
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes.
  • Help create internal documentation and knowledge base resources.

βœ… Contractor Engagement & Retention:

  • Support initiatives to improve contractor satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement internal marketing strategies to enhance communication.
  • Coordinate periodic team check-ins and performance reviews.

Requirements

Who You Are

βœ” HR Experience: 3+ years in HR roles, preferably with remote and international teams.
βœ” Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Deel, Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Slack/Discord.
βœ” Process-Oriented: Strong documentation and organizational skills.
βœ” Self-Starter: Able to work independently and propose solutions.
βœ” People-Centric: Great communication skills, empathetic approach.
