About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our team in all HR-related functions. This role involves contractor onboarding, compliance, performance tracking, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in remote team management and knowledge of international contractor agreements (especially through Deel).
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
β Onboarding & Compliance:
- Manage contractor onboarding (contracts, NDAs, privacy policies).
- Ensure compliance with independent contractor agreements (global).
- Maintain contractor records and documentation.
β Performance & Development:
- Develop performance tracking processes using Monday.com.
- Implement a reporting system for key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in developing incentive structures for contractors.
β HR Operations & Policies:
- Assist in defining and updating HR policies tailored for independent contractors.
- Provide administrative support for HR processes.
- Help create internal documentation and knowledge base resources.
β Contractor Engagement & Retention:
- Support initiatives to improve contractor satisfaction and retention.
- Implement internal marketing strategies to enhance communication.
- Coordinate periodic team check-ins and performance reviews.
Requirements
Who You Are
β HR Experience: 3+ years in HR roles, preferably with remote and international teams.β Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Deel, Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Slack/Discord.
β Process-Oriented: Strong documentation and organizational skills.
β Self-Starter: Able to work independently and propose solutions.
β People-Centric: Great communication skills, empathetic approach.
