Job Description

Reporting directly into the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Support a 24/5 operation
Oversee a team of around 40 Technicians
Manage daily workload and strategize efficient workflows
Communicate equipment and materials needs across the organization
Develop team member skillsets and talent
Track performance of team members and overall production floor
Drive high quality standards and procedures

The Successful Applicant

Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent education
8+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry
3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
Excellent interpersonal skills
Conflict/resolution skills
Knowledge of evaluating metrics
Knowledge of root cause analysis
Experience with Lean Manufacturing
Chemical Engineering experience preferred
