HR Recruiter

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter at our Retail industry operation in Lewisville, Texas. In this role, you will be integral in sourcing, screening, and selecting applicants for a variety of positions within our organization.
You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate candidate data and coordinating the hiring process.
Responsibilities:- Regularly communicate with Talent Acquisition Managers regarding recruitment process updates and changes
- Network and source active and passive candidates using various tools and strategies such as LinkedIn, social media, and job fairs
- Post open positions internally and on approved job boards
- Review resumes/applications and pre-screen candidates, referring experience in candidates on to hiring managers
- Track progress of candidates in process and handle administrative details
- Provide a clear handoff to HR Administrative Team to enable effective and consistent onboarding process
- Maintain candidate data in ATS, compile related reports
- Conduct interviews and extend offers to selected candidates
- Ensure compliance with recruiting process/system and legal requirements
- Conduct background checks as part of the recruitment process. • Proven experience in Corporate Recruiting, specifically within the retail industry
- Proficiency in conducting thorough Background Checks
- Demonstrable skills in Full Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers
- Experience with Recruitment for high-volume roles
- Ability to effectively manage Job Postings and attend Job Fairs for recruitment purposes
- Strong skills in Recruitment Sourcing, utilizing a variety of tools and platforms
- Familiarity with Therapeutic Recreation and its application in a corporate environment
- Expertise in Conducting Interviews, both in-person and virtually
- Experience in Extending Offers and negotiating employment terms
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
