HR Recruiter

We are offering a 2-3 month hybrid contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter to join our client's team in the Medical industry, located in Franklin, Tennessee. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and providing support to our recruitment team.

Responsibilities:

• Play a crucial role in sourcing potential candidates through various platforms including Indeed
• Screen applications and resumes effectively to determine suitability for the role
• Schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and recruiters
• Provide necessary assistance and support to recruiters in managing recruitment operations
• Utilize the UKG Ultipro ATS system for managing and tracking candidates
• Focus on filling Technician roles that involve home visits, as well as CSR roles based in branches
• Efficiently manage customer calls and scheduling tasks
• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to industry standards and company policies
• Expertise in Recruitment Sourcing strategies
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as Indeed and UltiPro
• Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
• Experience with recruitment processes and databases
• Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to make sound decisions independently
• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity
• Ability to handle stress and remain calm in challenging situations
