CNC Programmer
We are looking to hire an experience CNC Machinist.
The ideal canidate will be proficient with:- Understanding tooling
- Experience with precision measuirng tools
- Proficient with standard programming
- G-Code -Vertical Milling experience

salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities- Develop and optimize CNC programs for vertical milling, 5-axis machining, and mill-turn operations using Mazak and other CNC equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling, workholding, and alignment.
- Perform quality inspections using various measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues as they arise during production.
- Maintain and update documentation for CNC programs, setup sheets, and inspection reports.
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with a focus on milling (verticals, 5-axis, and mill-turn).
- Proficient in G-Code programming and CNC setup, with an understanding of tooling and workholding techniques.
