Entry Level Sales Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Sales Assistant to support our sales team in achieving sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and processing orders.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
• Support in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Participate in lead generation activities and help drive sales initiatives.
• Assist in tracking sales metrics and reporting on performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
