Production Asscociate - Full Time

Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking team members who are interested in entering the food manufacturing industry. For these production positions, we are looking for qualified candidates who can work with a team and who can complete tasks while supervised.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
- The ability to stand for the work day
- Repetitive hand and wrist motions
- Comfortable working with iPads and Business Apps on production projects
- Must work at a consistent and acceptable work pace
- Must be able to work in a noisy environment (we provide ear plugs)
- Must be able to work in variable temperatures (cold, wet, humid, etc.)
- Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs. without assistance
Benefits:
- Benefits are available including health, dental and vision insurance, and paid time off.
Pay is weekly, starting at $17/hr with increases available after successfully completing 90 day training and meeting job expectations.
The hours are 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Must be willing to work a Saturday shift. We offer tons of overtime that varies daily! You must be able to stay until production is complete.
NOTE: We have a no facial hair policy and no jewelry policy for all production and warehouse positions.
