We have an immediate, long-term contract opportunity for a Business Analyst - ServiceNow in Doral, FL (Miami) on Hybrid basis.

Pay Rate : $40-$45

Specific Requirements:

• Candidates must reside in South Florida.
• Onsite 3 days a week. Tues, Wed and Thurs 8:00am-5:00pm
• Minimum travel
• 5+ years of hands on experience using Service Now. We will be standing up a new instance and redesigning all our processes. They will need to know how to navigate the current instance to pull data for review etc.
• 5+ years of hands on process mapping experience.
• 5+ years' experience with Service Now security profiles, set up and approval process, and onboarding. Track the process to create and implement all the new SNOW processes.
• Coordination and communication with Internal and external teams during IT service transition.
• Experience managing the creation and implementation of service now processes specifically for ITIL. Need to have some business process mapping experience.
• Experience in a transition of infrastructure support from 1 vendor to another.

• Experience in creating user requirements documentation (e.g. BRD, User Stories, FRD, Process maps, Prototyping, Traceability Matrix, Test Cases and Test Plans))
• Experience in creating wireframes (FIGMA), process flow or prototyping to refine requirements
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Experience working in software development methodologies (i.e. Agile, Waterfall)
• Experience with requirements management and collaboration tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, FIGMA, Jira, etc.)
• In the cruise and/or travel industry.
