Job Description:
- The client is seeking a Training Communication and User Support Project Coordinator to develop and implement training programs for external stakeholders.
- This role involves presenting reports and newsletters, supporting users, managing queries related to software, and addressing any issues and challenges that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for users.
- Present reports and newsletters to stakeholders.
- Provide user support, handling approximately 50 queries related to applications.
- Prioritize and manage urgent user support issues.
- Assist in project execution and coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Background in pharmaceuticals and clinical trials preferred.
- Ability to manage and prioritize user support effectively.
