Pediatric Dental Hygienist

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Dental Hygiene Program
• Valid NYS Dental Hygienist license and registration
• Two years of experience in pediatric dental care preferred
• CPR/Basic Life Support certification required
• Excellent patient interaction skills, particularly with children

Duties:

• Provide preventive care and oral hygiene education to pediatric patients
• Perform cleanings, fluoride applications, and sealant placements
• Take digital X-rays and assist with pediatric dental treatments
• Educate parents and caregivers on children's oral health maintenance
• Maintain a fun, comfortable, and supportive environment for young patients

Pay: $50/hr to $55/hr
