Conformal Coating Operator (2nd Shift)

Immediate opening for a Conformal Coating Operator (2nd Shift) in Denver, CO who possesses:

FULL DESCRIPTION: The selected candidate will be responsible for:
-Assist Conformal Coating Machine Technicians by manually loading boards into machines, applying conformal coating to areas of the printed circuit board that the machines cannot cover or spray.-Manually load and unload through the UV over.

-Using UV light, hold and inspect circuit boards to touch-up conformal coated material.-Pull and cut masking tape from the dispenser to cover or mask all specified areas to be protected from conformal coating.-Use tweezers to unmask or remove all masking tape materials per work instructions and follow established procedures.-Visually and manually inspect printed circuit boards for epoxy cure, bubbles and voids in epoxy using established procedures to ensure product quality.

The selected candidate will also possess:

High School Diploma or equivalent

-Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment with electronic components is preferred.-IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 Certification is preferred.

Ability to apply conformal coating manually with good hand dexterity.

-Ability to see details at a close range.-Must have strong attention to detail.

Salary Range: $17-$19/hr
