Surgical Tech - Full Time On Call
Responsibilities:
Work Schedule: On Call every weekend Friday 3P-Monday 7A
This position is to have a surgical tech on call for our Endoscopy Unit.- Assists surgical team during operative procedures.
- Arranges and inventories sterile set-up for operations, and hands items as needed to the operative team.
- Assists in preparing and moving patients, and in cleaning the operating rooms.
- The Surgical Technician is responsible for the provision of surgical care to meet identified patient outcomes, and to achieve the goals of the facility as directed by the Registered Nurse.

Qualifications:
Education Requirements- Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
- Post High School Diploma Program
- Endoscopy Experience, Preferred
- BLS Certification
- Certified Surgical Tech (CST) through NBSTSA or NCCT (New grads must obtain within 6 months of graduation)
