Short Description:The Clinical Educator II is a nursing professional who is responsible for a variety of training and developmental duties in healthcare. The Clinical Educator II possesses master-level competencies to ensure nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel have the skills and training to succeed in their individualized units or specialty.
Experience Required:
- At least 3 years nursing clinical practice in direct patient care required.
Education Requirements:
- Masters Required; Masters in Nursing preferred
License/Certification Requirements:
- NJ RN license required
- AHA BLS required
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
Special Requirements:
- Specialty certification preferred
