Test & Evaluation Engineer**Active Secret clearance is required**

-As a CWL Test & Evaluation Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our projects.-Collaborating with CWL and MTWS engineers to conduct testing and integration.-Employing a professional and confident approach when working with various engineering groups within Progeny and external entities to define, document, analyze, conduct, and interpret tests.-Identifying functional issues and proposing effective resolutions.-Operating in a fast-paced, integrated product development team comprising professionals from multiple contracting organizations and DoD laboratory entities.-Developing and analyzing test cases while providing regular progress updates.-Reporting to a supervisor or manager, demonstrating high autonomy in your work.-This role may need intermittent travel, both independently and as part of a team, to support test events in partner and government labs and shipboard installations in domestic and international locations.-Crafting comprehensive test procedures.-Proficiently utilizing electrical measurement tools, such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.-Conducting Verification and Validation for corrective changes.-Performing installations, rip-outs, testing, and validation of tactical systems.-Assisting in configuring the lab with relevant drawings and port maps.-Supporting informal and formal test events and other customer-driven test activities.-Identifying, analyzing, and documenting software, firmware, and hardware defects and collaborating with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.-Occasional travel to submarine home ports for Field Services activities.-Supporting the Logistics team in the development of installation and operation procedures.
