Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone technical support for hardware and software systems to end-users

  • Proficient in Customer Service and Office Functions
  • Able to develop and follow Procedures and Checklists
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and Deskside Support
  • Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Payment Processing
  • Capable of Supervising a team
  • Skilled in Research Analysis and Configuration Management
  • Familiarity with Computer Hardware
  • Strong Written Communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
  • Ensures Data Integrity and Customization in software systems
  • Knowledge of Basic Troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to Identify Problems and perform Root Cause Analysis
  • Understanding of Controllership
  • Experience working in a Windows Environment
