Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining productive and efficient schedules
  • Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
  • Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
  • Verifying Insurance
  • Patient registration and check out
  • Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
  • Managing recall and unscheduling treatment lists
  • Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
  • Preparing and Presenting treatment plans
  • Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
  • Requesting records
  • Patient follow ups
  • Posting payments
  • Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • 2 or more years dental front office experience required, with experience with responsibilties listed above
  • Experience using dental practice software, preferrably Dentrix
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
