Responsibilities- Manages general ledger accounts, and transactions.
- Perform general accounting, cash management, accounts receivable, inventory and accounts payable
- Post A/R receipts and vendor invoices daily.
- Ensure proper recording of inventory transactions resulting from the billing process.
- Assist in the preparation of sales & use tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable.
- Assists with the month end closing process.
- Reconciles bank statements, credit card statements and financial reports.
- Resolves accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
