Commercial Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development -
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Client Relationship Management -
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Product Knowledge and Consultation -
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's HVAC, plumbing, and electrical products and services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, helping them choose the right solutions for their needs.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies.
Sales Negotiation and Closing -
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals effectively.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Collaboration and Coordination -
  • Work closely with internal teams, including estimation, project coordination, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Documentation -
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
