About Our Client

My client, a well-established family-owned General Contractor, is seeking a Superintendent to join their growing team. Specializing in high-end residential construction, they focus on custom homes and remodels throughout Cape Cod, the Islands (Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard), and Southern Massachusetts.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Superintendent:

Lead and manage on-site construction efforts, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate closely with subcontractors, clients, and the project management team to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe, efficient worksite.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Superintendent:

3+ years of experience in high-end residential construction (custom homes or remodels).
Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Must be commutable to Southern MA or Cape Cod.
