Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record(link removed)>
- Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction is required(link removed)>
- 3+ years of experience in product liability law or equivalent litigation experience.
- Superb written and oral communication skills and strong references(link removed)>
- Non-partnership track position, with lower billable hour requirement(link removed)>
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a team that represents national and international manufacturers in high-stakes product liability litigation and mass torts disputes.
- Collaborate with a group of over 70 attorneys across multiple offices, handling complex legal matters for major consumer brands and aviation products.
- Counsel and represent manufacturers in mass torts disputes
