• This 24-hour skilled nursing facility provides Alzheimer’s care, long-term care, and rehabilitation services. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your key responsibilities include:Providing direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN.
• Conducting frequent rounds to evaluate residents' status.
• Administering medications as required by physicians.
• Providing wound care.
• Documenting care in line with facility policies and procedures.
• Overseeing nursing assistants to ensure assignments are completed.

Licensure:

• Must hold a current and valid LVN/LPN license in the state of practice.

Certification:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
