CWR Customer Service Rep I - Adecco
Adecco is assisting our client in recruiting for a Customer Service Representative position in Suffolk, VA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be an essential part of this commitment, ensuring that we meet our promises and delight customers at every step of their experience with us.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email, providing support and resolving inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues or concerns with efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor the progress of delivery routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps to ensure proper documentation.
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders as needed.
What You'll Need to Excel:
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
It would be great if you also have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
- Solid multitasking abilities with exceptional organizational skills.
- The ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Pay rate is $18.00/hr
- Schedule is: Mon – Sat with Fri off - 10am-700pm
- Weekly Pay – you receive a paycheck every week.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
