Responsibilities:
The Administrative Fellow is responsible for helping improve hospital throughput, operational efficiency and assists with discharge planning and works collaboratively with case management team. Lead projects that develop analytical, leadership, finance, and health care operations skills.The AF proactively works as a part of multidisciplinary team which contributes to organizational initiatives that impact patient flow and reduce barriers to effective patient throughput. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING- Medical Graduate degree or bachelor’s degree required. Medical graduate preferred
- Healthcare industry experience such as an internship, externship, fellowship, or applicable employment preferred.
