AP Specialist - Construction Experience

Our clients are growing and we are seeking experienced Accounts Payable Specialists with Construction experience. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the finance and accounting department, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

salary: $50,000 - $58,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
  • Process and review invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and approval.
  • Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain vendor files and manage vendor communications.
  • Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
