Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Escrow / Collections - Responsibilities include:
- Process HOA document packages for escrow companies.
- Processing Property ownership conveyance information requests from Title agents, mortgage lenders and Realtors
- Property ownership escrow processing.
- Consultation with staff in other departments and clients regarding billing and accounts receivable processing.
- Prioritizing daily workload to ensure the department is meeting service level targets.
- Suggesting and implementing new processes or changes to existing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Assisting with escrow transactions by gathering, checking, and preparing documents
- Process incoming escrow checks by move-ins and move-outs in management software.
- Provide support to supervisor by answering phones, placing calls and other clerical duties to assist in completing escrow transactions.
- Assists customers by resolving complaints, expediting orders, explaining procedures, pricing schedules.
- Establish and maintain proactive communication with and support of team members in numerous branch offices.
- HOA collections
- Manage and execute the collection process for delinquent accounts.
- Support Legal Department with management of projects.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Other general administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications for the position include:
- 1-2 years of experience or Accounting/Finance/Economics degree
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Real estate or title experience preferred, but not required
- Customer service oriented attitude
Pay and Benefits:
$19.00 to $25.00, depending on education and experience.
