Senior Accounting Manager
Growing global green tech company is looking for a hands-on Senior Accounting Manager. You will be an important contributor for the financial operations of this rapidly growing company. You will be managing all aspects of accounting operations.
The position requires strong financial, accounting and management skills and the ability to understand the big picture while being detail oriented.

responsibilities:Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of all monthly and quarterly financial statement close processes worldwide in accordance with US GAAP.
- Review US financial statement accounting records as well as account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Responsible for the preparation of the consolidated balance sheet and consolidated income statement fluctuation analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis for management and audit review.
- Lead technical accounting analysis and related memos.
- Support SEC reporting function.
- Maintains oversight within the Company for the accuracy and compliance of accounting transactions and processes.
- Lead the day-to-day financial activities, including timely filing and compliance of sales/used taxes, property tax, income tax and other corporate compliance matters.
- Ensure key internal controls over financial reporting are designed and operating in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley rules and regulations.
- Key liaison for external auditors.
- Implement best practices and ensure compliance with US GAAP, and policies and procedures.
Requirements:
BS degree
CPA a plus
10+ years of related experience
Public company experience required
