Responsibilities- Inspection & Measurement: Perform detailed inspections of control panels, measuring components, and verifying against specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure products align with design requirements.
- Cross-Checking Specifications: Carefully compare finished products with design specifications, ensuring all components are correctly assembled and function as intended.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize hand tools and power tools to make necessary adjustments or repairs to products during the inspection process.
- Documentation: Accurately record inspection results, identify defects, and communicate findings to the production team for corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the production team to suggest improvements in processes and procedures to enhance product quality.
- Compliance: Ensure that all products comply with company quality standards and industry regulations.
