Accounts Payable Specialist - Miami

We are in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Miami, Florida. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play an integral role in managing and processing vendor invoices and maintaining solid vendor relationships. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the property management industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain vendor relationships effectively.
• Process vendor invoices with precision and efficiency.
• Apply 3 Way Matching techniques for reconciling vendor statements.
• Handle high-volume accounts payable tasks.
• Ensure accuracy in data entry related to accounts payable.
• Code invoices as per the established accounting systems.
• Handle operational expenses and maintenance invoices.
• Utilize ERP systems for accounts payable tasks, if needed.
• Comfortably use Excel for various accounts payable tasks.
• Monitor and take necessary actions on customer accounts.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar capacity
• Proficiency in data entry and management
• Demonstrated ability to enter and manage vendor invoices
• Experience in managing vendor relationships effectively
• In-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes and best practices
• Ability to handle vendor payment processes efficiently
• Proven experience in coding invoices accurately
• Familiarity with various accounting systems and software
• Experience with 3 Way Matching, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payments
