Financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting will be among your duties as Senior Accountant.

What you get to do every day- Prepare financial analysis on trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.
- Contribute to coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors
- Assemble monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting
- Participate in various department-wide initiatives
- Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP
- Work with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls and provide support on special requests
- Continuously analyze current automation of the accounting and reporting process and present improvement suggestions
- Delegate resources to Ad-hoc projects as necessary
- Supply Balance Sheet account reconciliations

- Adeptness in year end closings
- Foundational knowledge in auditing
- Solid understanding of month end closings
- General ledger experience
- Cost accounting experience
- BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred
- Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines
- Accomplished in analytical, quantitative and social skills
- 3+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience
- ERP system experience
- High attention to detail
- Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload
- Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills
- Experience in SOX control execution/documentation
- Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
- Accounting experience in publicly-traded company a plus
- Proficiency with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required
