Contract HR Generalist

What You’ll Do:
- Streamline Recruitment: Master the art of sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Coordinate with Staffing Agencies: Foster strong relationships with agencies to ensure seamless staffing solutions.
- Keep Records Spotless: Maintain meticulous employee records, ensuring compliance and organization.
- Lead Orientations: Guide new hires through their first days with clear communication and engaging onboarding sessions.
- Support Trainings: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs that empower our teams.
- Manage Paperwork: Handle all HR documentation with precision and confidentiality.

What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in HR, with a strong focus on record-keeping, interviewing, and coordination.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and staffing agencies.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with ease.

Responsibilities
Operations- Monitors all employment applications that are submitted to ensure that each application
- Keeps weekly headcount records for full-time and temporary employees.
- Maintains and develops recruiting sources, posts open job positions internally and
- Assists managers and or supervisors with interviews, performance reviews, verbal and
- Completes orientation program with each new/temporary employee on the first day of
product safety. Ensures that all new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment paperwork is
completed and forwarded to Corporate HR in a timely manner.
- Works with temporary employment agencies to secure services to assist with specific
individuals work history.
- Conducts exit interviews.
- Maintains and monitors personnel records, files, training records, insurance enrollment,
manner. Forwards all necessary paperwork to Corporate HR for placement in the
Company’s original personnel files.
- Coordinates necessary paperwork with Corporate HR/payroll as it relates to employee
leave of absences.
