Marketing-Communications Specialist

Our client is an established service organization, and they are adding a Marketing/Communications Specialist to their corporate team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role on their team, focusing on managing marketing materials, implementing marketing campaigns, and providing insights on service-related topics, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain marketing library and materials, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Implement and track marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet the set objectives and timelines.
  • Maintain a comprehensive list of contacts for various marketing activities, making sure the list is constantly updated.
  • Create and deliver graphic content for both internal and external training programs, adhering to our brand guidelines.
  • Provide thought leadership relating to retirement topics, contributing to our knowledge base and guiding our clients in making informed decisions.
  • Research and recommend materials for delivery to prospective clients, based on their needs and preferences.
  • Assist in building responses to RFPs, working closely with other team members to provide comprehensive and competitive proposals.
  • Assist with the collection of articles and material for client newsletters, ensuring the content is relevant and engaging.
  • Monitor and distribute inquiries from the Marketing mailbox, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Develop a system and process for monitoring client satisfaction, making necessary adjustments to improve our services.
  • Possess a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant role
  • Proficiency in Corporate Marketing and/or Digital Marketing is ideal
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe/Canva, and other related tools
  • Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks accordingly.
