El Segundo - AP Analyst

The workplace is fast-paced and requires a detail-oriented individual capable of prioritizing and managing their workload effectively.

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.
• Handle both PO and Non-PO invoices for 3rd Party vendors and Intercompany entities.
• Ensure all invoices are processed within the defined AP SLA guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with Accounts Payable business processes to meet weekly and monthly deadlines.
• Proficient use of SAP and familiarity with end-to-end AP processes from Vendor Set-up to Payment.
• Adapt and prioritize as needed in a high-volume environment.
• Provide high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Cooperate with internal business partners such as Purchasing Compliance Tax etc.
• Work closely with the AP Sr Manager and Supervisor to run reports, analyze data, and drive resolution.
• Assist Accounting teams with invoice questions or reconciling items when necessary. • Demonstrable experience and proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Strong customer service skills
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Proven track record in ensuring compliance in all processes
• Ability to handle and process invoices efficiently
• Experience in dealing with vendors, stakeholders, and business partners
• Comprehensive knowledge of tax-related issues
• Proficiency in using SAP R/3
• Understanding of Business Process Functions
• Experience in Entity Formation
• Ability to adhere to Service Level Agreements
• Familiarity with end-to-end processes
• Experience in intercompany transactions
• Skills in vendor set and non-PO processes
• Proficient in various accounting functions
