Overview:
Luxury Senior Living facility, The Patterson, in Beavercreek, OH is seeking full time housekeepers!
Compnsation: Hourly pay starts at $14/HR, increases based off experience + $500 Sign on Bonus!Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/wk

Responsibilities:
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures as directed by supervisor, including any areas assigned to.
- Follow all Infection Control Protocols when cleaning.
- Sweep, mop and vacuum all assigned areas.
- Cleaning “Top to Bottom” and double checking work before leaving the area to ensure its left in a safe condition.
- Check and refill all paper towel and soap dispensers as necessary
- Follow soiled and clean laundry protocols
- Keep janitor closets and housekeeping supply rooms clean, orderly and secured.
- Participates in all trainings, meetings and in-services as requested.
- Submit maintenance request of general maintenance concerns or issues that are observed.
- Pack up patient belongings when being discharged home or to the hospital.
- Other job duties as assigned and appropriate for the position.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.Licenses or other required certifications: None
Experience: At least one year experience preferred.
Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities:
- Ability to operate all equipment used by EVS staff effectively and safely.
- Must be able to lift, carry and/or move equipment/supplies throughout assigned areas. Equipment could occasionally weigh up to 50 pounds.
- Must possess a high level of customer service and provide courteous and respectful communications with staff, families and residents.
- Must have good verbal and written communication.
- May be required to work evenings and weekends.
