This is a great opportunity to perfect your planning and organizing skills by facilitating day-to-day operations of the office including scheduling/attending meetings and processing meeting minutes, maintaining calendars, and coordinating building needs.
Demonstrate your strong attention to detail by accurately composing professional, error-free correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets, reviewing/reporting on financial information, reviewing monthly expenditures, and verifying office payroll.
Assisting the Sales Team with project information and marketing needs will be a part of your workday. In addition, you will act as a liaison between the office and corporate services (HR, Payroll, Accounting, etc.). This position will also assist in employee matters and work on special projects as needed.
Ahern will help make the most of your Associate degree in an administrative program. Three to five years of prior experience in an office management or administrative assistant role is preferred. Being proficient in Microsoft Office and technically inclined to learn industry-specific software will be essential.
