Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work for a dynamic organization where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. We're looking for an empathetic, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests.
While bilingual proficiency is not required, preference will be given to candidates who can communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, enabling us to better serve our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and/or live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, identifying the best course of action, and ensuring a satisfactory resolution
- Maintain accurate and thorough customer records by documenting interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Assist customers by providing clear information about products, services, and policies while demonstrating empathy and active listening skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries that require additional research or specialized support.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Uphold company standards, policies, and service guidelines to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
- Support team goals by achieving individual performance metrics, including response time, resolution efficiency, and customer satisfaction (Source: Robert Half Salary Guide).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in using customer service software or CRM systems, such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Strong active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shifting priorities.
