Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of event schedules, vendor relations, and client communications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during events by interacting with guests and assisting with event-related needs.
  • Help monitor and troubleshoot issues during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Assist in creating promotional content for events and contribute to event marketing efforts.
  • Gather feedback and provide input on event success and areas for improvement.
