SUMMARY: The Hydromat Operator is responsible for all set up, inspection, preventative maintenance, upkeep, and proper usage of all Hydromat machines(link removed)>
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sets up and operates Hydromat machines
- Interchanges cutting tools within the Hydromat machine
- Monitors and maintains fluid levels within Hydromat machine
- Cleans Hydromat machine before and after use as needed
- Operates crane for Hydromat setup
- Produces parts to Dimensional Control Plan (DCP)
- Follows all necessary work instructions and procedures as laid out by companys QMS (ISO)
- Reports quality updates to supervisor as needed
- Follows all established work instructions and standard operating procedures, including the setup procedure list
- Follows all internal, OSHA, and outside agency safety regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and/or Experience - 2-3 years manufacturing experience with Hydromat
required
- Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, utilize in-house ERP system
