Job Description
  • Develop and execute product, brand and marketing strategies on a company level
  • Conduct middle-term/short-term market analysis, covering market capacity, competitor landscape, product cycle, and growth area etc.
  • Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
  • Engage closely with the product as well as DTC team to determine a more profitable course for each existing and potential product.
  • Understand our competitors and the market landscape to appropriately position our products in the marketplace.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing product marketing team.
  • Implement a sales methodology by establishing a clear sales process. Prepare sales forecasting and sales planning.
  • Provide direction, coach and tools to help the team to achieve financial goals.
  • Build rapport with people from different background and department; drive result by making good use of internal resources.

The Successful Applicant
  • Over 8 Years Consumer Marketing experience in the US market under a leadership role, director level and above highly preferred
  • Solid planning and organizing skills with proven record in developing US Markets under a rapidly changing market conditions
  • A nature manager or someone who showed good qualities as a role model.
  • Good problem-solving skills, always thinking of solution, and able to resolve conflict.
  • Strong ability to plan and execute strategic initiatives to grow market share.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and travel extensively between Guangzhou China and LA US.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, business administration or marketing related majors, MBA is a plus.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English
