About Our Client

I have partnered with a leading General Contractor specializing in Commercial and Multi-family projects ranging $15M - $75M, located in Sacramento. Seeking a talented Project Superintendent to join their team long-term.

Job Description

• Developing on-site plans and procedures for field operations
• Coordinating and monitoring the activities of subs, supplies and labor materials
• Creating and updating progress schedules
• Preparing regular job reports for job meetings o Making sure the job is completed on time and under budget

The Successful Applicant

• +5 years of relevant construction experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and other relevant technology.
