Sales Representative

Overview:

Sales position within the business unit responsible for all aspects of the daily sales function relative to all customers including both existing and targeted customers within an assigned geography.

Position is also responsible for communicating and working with sales staff and for driving key initiatives, goals and expectations of the sales management team.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; BS/BA degree preferred
  • 5 + years of sales experience in the consumer products industry
  • Must have a proven track record of success growing sales and developing new customers
  • Negotiation skills, conflict resolution, and the ability to influence
  • Ability to be effective in a results driven, entrepreneurial, fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical and decision making ability
  • Strong customer/channel understanding
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize/ self-motivate and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
