Job Description- Develop and implement effective compliance programs for property management operations.
- Monitor and manage all compliance issues concerning property management biased towards leasing over building maintenance.
- Provide strategic direction on property-related regulatory matters.
- Evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks.
- Ensure all company policies adhere to current property laws and regulations.
- Manage and organize a team of compliance associates.
- Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them.
- Collaborate with different departments to create a culture of compliance within the organization.
