Job Description
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs for property management operations.
  • Monitor and manage all compliance issues concerning property management biased towards leasing over building maintenance.
  • Provide strategic direction on property-related regulatory matters.
  • Evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks.
  • Ensure all company policies adhere to current property laws and regulations.
  • Manage and organize a team of compliance associates.
  • Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them.
  • Collaborate with different departments to create a culture of compliance within the organization.
