About Our Client

Our client is a real estate development company that, through its special purpose project affiliates, acquires and develops prime urban and waterfront projects in South Florida.

• Develop and maintain financial models for ground-up projects, including cash flow projections, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Analyze project feasibility, profitability, and risk factors to inform decision-making processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding financial strategies and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the development life-cycle.
• Implement cost control measures to optimize project profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements across all aspects of project development
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred
• Minimum 10+ Years of real estate accounting experience
• Ground up project accounting experience
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
