Small Format Delivery Driver

The **Small Format Delivery Drivers** is a fast-paced position responsible for the daily duties of route delivery and merchandising including stocking shelves, displays, and in coolers on their assigned routes.

**Schedule**:

Normal Schedule Tuesday-Friday; 100 days of summer Monday-Friday; start time between 4:30 and 6:30 AM

• Ensure all shelves and cold equipment are properly filled and merchandised to MBG Standards
• Execute and maintain Customer Development Agreements
• Execute MBG promotional calendars
• Maintain Customer Service Expectations in our marketplace
• Keep back room inventory neat and organized
• Ensure Product Rotation minimizing OOD products
• Display Point of Sale Specific to Brands/Packages
• Operate all company vehicles in a safe manner and to DOT regulations
• Adhere to company policies in handling cash/checks

• Class A CDL License and all appropriate endorsements or Class C license for non-CDL trucks.
• Must be able to lift 60-70 lbs. and push or pull up to 1000 lbs. on a regular basis
• Good communication skills and ability to process change.
• Ability to perform many tasks at the same time.
• Understand basic accounting principles
• Working knowledge of inventory control and warehousing procedures
• Ability to manage an inventory system
• Ability to comprehend policies and procedures
• Maintain acceptable driving record
