Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize distribution plans for accounts payable checks.
• Handle inquiries from vendors and resolve issues related to payments.
• File invoices, purchase orders, and relevant documentation.
• Process voucher uploads using PeopleSoft and correct errors when necessary.
• Verify accuracy of accounts payable checks and correct discrepancies.
• Respond to employee inquiries about expense vouchers and check statuses.

Requirements:

• strong computer skills; PeopleSoft experience is a plus.
• High level of dependability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
